The Travel Document Verification course was created to ensure all Etihad Airways’ guests have valid travel documents. This was accomplished by focusing on increasing check-in agents ability to identify inadequate and improper travel documentation, and improving the agents understanding of international entry and transit regulations.
eLearning Course
This eLearning course was developed to assist employees with identifying potential conflicts of interest, explain why conflicts of interest should be avoided, what is expected from employees with regards to any conflicts of interest and how to manage conflicts of interest effectively.
